Step 1.
Place the back of the ULTIMATE Putting Aid TM (US Pat.
6,702,688) against the putter face. The tabs on the bottom fitting under
the putter head.

Step 2.
Hook the Anchor Band on the bottom of the attachment T and pull it up and over the
putter head
|

Step 3.
Wrap the Anchor Band over and around the back of the putter head
|

Here's step 3 as viewed from another angle

Step 4.
Finally hook the Anchor Band over the top of the Attachment T

Simply repeat the procedure for the other side
